GTX 660 Ti is SLI ready it is only an option . If the motherboard has PCI-E x16 gen 2.0/3.0 slot , the card will fit in the slot and will work . So , OK .

yes SLI is the name of the technology use to pair two Nvidia gpus coined by voodoo
SLI stands for Scalable Link interface btw
any gpu works on any platform intel or amd as long as they have the proper connectors
