Gigabyte z68ma-d2h-b3 USB controller drivers not working

Gigabyte z68ma-d2h-b3 Motherboard
4 usb ports on rear panel (2x USB 3.0, 2x USB 2.0), 2 on front(USB 2.0)

The 2 USB 2.0 ports on rear of machine are non functional. All others are functioning.
'Universal Serial Bus Controller' Driver, listed under "Other Devices" in my device manager is flagged with yellow exclamation point. Windows cannot find appropriate drivers. The latest chipset drivers from Gigabyte's website [Version - 9.4.0.1027] also do not seem to fix the issue.

Right click where it shows the ? then go to properties go into the details tab, then go down to where it says hardware IDS. Once you find that right click the first one and copy it or click and hit control C. Either paste it here and I can find it for you, or you can copy and paste it into google, it will show you what it is.
