I have a playback issue with Google Chrome after Over Clocking?

I just OCed my CPU and GPU and for some reason I can't watch videos smoothly on YouTube with Google chrome anymore. The Video stutters but the audio sounds fine? Any Ideas on why this is happening?

the issue could have come from thermal throttling ..the gpu and cpu can be unstable if the oc'ing was not done correctly .. revert to default settings and try and see if the problem persist
