Hi guys!
I am upgrading my Asus motherboard and CPU.

This is the old one.

Motherboard:
ASUS P8Z77-V LX LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU:
Intel Core i5-2500 Quad-Core Processor 3.3 GHz 6 MB Cache LGA 1155 - BX80623I52500

And this is the new one.

Motherboard:
ASUS MAXIMUS VII FORMULA Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

CPU:
Intel Core i7-4790K Haswell Quad-Core 4.0GHz LGA 1150 Desktop Processor BX80646I74790K

Basically, my question is...

How would I go about changing the motherboard and cpu and still keep my Windows 7 files and configuration.

God, I hope it works.
Is there any backup methods I should use in order to ensure I keep all my configuration settings/files?
