How much should i overclock my cpu?

Ok i have an:
CPU AMD Bulldozer FX 6100 3.3ghz
Mobo Asus M5 A78L-M USB3
PSU 750W Powercool, Hybrid Modular, 80 PLUS, 1x140mm, ATX v2.2, PSU
GPU XFX R9 280X DD Black OC Edition
RAM 8gb
and i would like to know if i was to overclock my cpu what frequency and voltage would be recommended with the stock cooler

Increase the multiplier until it crashes. Reboot and increase voltage until it stops crashing. Then see how little you've accomplished by comparing your o/c benchmarks vs your stock benchmarks which you certainly have stored somewhere.
