windows 8.1 64bit not install over windows 8.1 32 bit

hey everyone i have build a new pc and first use my old hdd which have 32 bit windoes 8.1 already and when open the setup of and widows 64bit it shows (this app cant run on your)
MY specs
asus m5a 97 r2.0 motherboard
amd fx8350 4.0ghz
8GB ram

please help

and when i remove my old hdd and try istall through bios its not showing any setup
and say reboot your system into right boot drive

You need to do a fresh new install if you want to upgrade to the 64 bit version. You need either a bootable Windows installation media on DVD or USB stick. Go to your BIOS settings and make sure the media from which you want to install is selected as the first boot device, and only have the hdd you want to install Windows on plugged in.
