GPU core clock jumping up and down while playing a game

Intel i5 650
intel DH55TC
4gb RAM
AMD Raedon R7 250 1gb GDDR5

well while playing fifa 14 and Pes 15 my GPU clock keeps going up and down n that causes stuttering..all drivers are updated..any help will be appreciated..

Sounds like thermal throttling or shit power supply.

Install msi afterburner and monitor cpu + gpu temps while you game.

Temps are totally Ok...CPU-65 n GPU-70..other games like Far cry 4 working fine..

Fifa 14 worked fine with 13.9 driver..the problem started with 14.4..n pes 15 worked well tomorrow..the problem started today..

Roll the driver back then and complain to amd. Lots of probs with their drivers. Partly because they seem to be finicky to get to run right.
