So i just recently bought a 2nd hand i5 and the owner said he had overclocked it I had forgotten to ask if he had turned the cpu back to stock and now i dont know whether it is in oc atm.

the columns are Current, minimum, maximum and average.

I dont have any idea about Oc'ing, so I wanna ask is it oc'ed atm? I want to put it back to stock clock if it is Oc'ed. Does the pic tell what you need to know? Tell me if you need more things to know to help me.

Thanks in advance!!

If it had been OCed from another PC and you take the couple CPU/mobo as it is, yes.
If you put the CPU on another mobo with stock settings, no.

The BIOS settings will set the voltage/clock applied to the CPU.

Your CPU has a 3.4GHz core clock (turbo @3.8GHz), so it isn't OC as your max core clock reached is 3.7905GHz.
1.2V-1.25V is also fairly normal as max stock voltage for any mobo.

Your CPU shouldn't be OCed anyway unless you specifically changed core clock and core voltage.
