Hello!
I reported this issue a few weeks ago and I was told that the PSU could be the issue but here we go again...
So basically I upgraded for a Asus GeForce Gtx 660 ti Direct cu II and now when I start up a game (Far Cry 3 for example) with ultra graphics turned on with my new Asus GeForce Gtx 780 Direct cu II, I can play the game for roughly 30 seconds before everything freezes on my PC and then an error notification appears telling me that "display driver stopped responding and has recovered".
I've tried to put the "Power Target" to 60% and in both Asus gpu tweak and Msi Afterburner with no results. So with that done I thought that I might have an insufficient PSU, so I bought a new one. Again, with no results. What the hell!?
I upgraded from a CoolerMaster GX 650W to a XFX PRO 850W.
I also tried to fix this by editing the registry according to this tutorial by my favourite company microsoft and also this one
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
