Turtle Beach P12 Headset mic not Picking up anything

i cant figure it out even with the replaced pair the mic still dosnt work? is it something im doing? all i do it plug it in to the usb port shouldnt it work?

Are you using this with a PC? I think the headset is only for mobile devices such as Iphone/Ipad/PS Vita (W/Headphone jack) and PS4 (USB). Typically with any PC headsets they have a usb plug/mic in plug and sound in plug. Also make sure the light on the P12 Line-In Adaptor is blue (theres a switch next to it).
