Just build my new computer.
Specs
MB:ASRock FM2A88X+Killer Series Fatality
GPU:MSI GTX GeForce GTX 760 2GB OC EDITION
RAM: 8GB PSY
AMD A10 5800K 4.2GHz
1TB
No Wi-Fi adapter.
I can surf the internet, Google, Youtube, everything.
I can download games from Steam.
But when I tried to play Call of duty BO2, Call Of Duty AW or Garrys Mod, I cant connect to server.
I tried everything, reboot my modem, unistall ESET 8(antivirus), open ports, can't fimd anything wrong with firewall, already turn it off.
But I can't get online in any game server, BUT Rust, thats the only game I can play online.
I have a laptop, so i tried to run the games there and they connect without a problem.
So it's my modeo or router.
I used ethernet connection in both laptop and PC.
Please help.

Solution
Then sounds like you have a hose up in the Windows OS itself. Which would warrant a FACTORY RESTORE. You can type it into the search field from the right 'slidebar' for that, or just use a DBAN CD to wipe the drive completely, and redo your 'build' as you did when you first installed it
Mmm might be infected. Follow these steps and see what the results are first

Download Malwarebytes do a full system scan (AV doesn't pick up alot of malware) - this resolved almost ALL other similiar posts to date as most had Malware the AV didn't pick up.

Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download AVIRA (best bet), Comodo, Panda or AVG (AVAST! got hacked so I do NOT recommend them). and do a full system scan - this repeatedly has resolved alot of people issue relying on MS Essentials or have REPEATEDLY replied that it was Norton getting in the way.

Repeat the AV/Malware scans till the system comes up clean.

Did you install all Windows Updates? Including options except BING? Check them and repeat till ALL are installed.

Download and run Slim Drivers, install all the latest updates but you don't need to reboot until you do the last update

Let us know the results of EACH STEP please.

Done, couldn't find any malware or errors.
Windows update are fine.
But where can I download SlimDrivers safely?
And if the previous steps didn't work, what should I do?
Because I access evrything, google, bla bla, download games from steam, but i can't join any servers.
ALready try it with another laptop and it works, I can join servers and everything.
What can I do?

Okay
1) can you play all the games as SINGLE PLAYER you listed? I find it hard to believe unless you have them all on the lowest graphics settings, 1024x768, and enjoy under 30FPS. The APU will be a choke point for games normally just due to it's design (it was NEVER made for gaming just doing all the other things you listed, "I can surf the internet, Google, Youtube, everything.)"
2) The laptop actually PLAYS all the games listed specifically from the same account same license? Were these on the laptop firsT? If so then they may have 'keyed' against the laptop and not the new system because you didn't uninstall (unlicensing) the laptop then installing ONLY on the new PC. Blocking MP is a major way they do that when they suspect a pirated (used on more then licensed for) software.
3) Last thing would be run DBAN on your new setup, reinstall Windows clean, follow those steps I outlined to install to get it up to speed, then download a SINGLE game (that is NOT installed on the laptop) and test again. Otherwise you have to contact THAT company for support on what the problem is.

Yes, I play all the games, on High or Ultra resolution 60FPS locked.
The problem is I can't cannect to any server. of any game, I can play them(campaign).
But whenever I try to playb multiplayer and the game is connecting to a server, just doesnt work out.
I think it's a problem with the firewall, when I installed Windows 8.1.
By the way, when I tried to search for any windows update an error popped up "code 8024402c".
How can I re-install Windows?

You said you BUILT your computer, didn't YOU install Windows?

BTW this is NOT like XP / old Windows, you don't "re-install Windows" to resolve things. ANY XP / old Windows experiences and information you have to toss it out, totally irrelevant since VISTA was released due to MAJOR code changes to Windows.

Second to that, possible the Firewall in Windows itself (could deactivate it) OR if your using ESET's built in firewall OR any other firewall software. You could simply remove them first before you reimage your machine (which will wipe out EVERYTHING). Is why I recommended "Remove whatever AV your using and go to www.filehippo.com and download AVIRA (best bet), Comodo, Panda or AVG (AVAST! got hacked so I do NOT recommend them)."

Now I should mind you that each game connects to different servers / services for each multiplayer mode, so that the issue IS this computer because multiple different makers servers (and each game uses a different port to connect with so the BO2 port doesn't crash into the AW port for example).

As BOTH CODs are a issue though... I first suspected your ACCOUNT was BANNED on their servers (and ANY time you try connecting to them for ANY game they produce) and was going to referr you to them instead as the only resolution. BUT as you said on your laptop you CAN get into MP mode on those games UNDER THE SAME ACCOUNT (right???) then that wouldn't be a issue.

I aka already uninstalled the AV and turn off the firewall.
I've tried everything.
I have a laptop with the same steam account and games and I can connect to servers normally.
But in the PC I can't.
There's 2 options
Windows 8.1 installed incorrectly
Or
It's because my network adapter is not compatible with my modem.
Qualcomm® Atheros® Killer™ E2200 Series Gigabit LAN
That's my network adapter.
Or the drivers are not quite good.

The second part isn't a valid answer, most likely the first, but I am more suspect that since you REMOVED ... NOT REPLACED the AV and never did a Malwarebytes scan, there PROBABLY is something blocking the ports (hold you hostage then pop up it can 'fix' your issues by buying some software). As I advised repeatedly INSTALL one of the AV and Malwarebytes and do repeated scans. Additionally IF it was a 'driver' issue, again my step of using SLIM DRIVERS resolves this.

PLEASE STOP.. Go BACK to my post, and follow it EXACTLY as outlined then post the results, not the "I did that before', if you want assistance.
