ps4 vs pc future proof

Neither is future proof....no one knows what gaming companies are going to release or hardware companies release in the future....Anything you purchase today could be good for years....or not.

The PS3 was released in 2006, and has been supported and usable since. The ps4 will probably not last as long, but will still last a while. I am a PC gamer and would recommend a PC purely for games being cheaper (around £3 for Far cry 3 and about £25 for a console). A PC can be upgraded where as a PS4 will be redundant eventually. If your friends are PC gamers get a PC, and if they play on console get a PS4, It's more preference. But a PC is more futureproof

It's hard to tell, but I would go for the 970, or wait it out a bit longer and see if the PS4 is struggling to run games, (eg. AC Unity runs terribly)

pc of course... the people says ps3/xbox 360 still works great even 7 years ago... well, the technological developments is now faster than the last... so, the lfetime of ps4 will be shorter than ps3/xbox 360... moreover, PC platform will be getting dx12 performance that allow your pc to run faster by much...
so dont worry abut pc...
