If phone has a mini HDMI port, simple, get a mini HDMI to regular HDMI cable connect them together.
If not, the Chromecast dongle from Google should work for most things you want to send trom the phone to the TV, assuming you have an Android. This is where some info from you may be helpful as you don't say what phone you have.
