CM Hyper 212 Evo copper pipes touching sound dampening foam. Fire Hazard?

As described in the title. The pipes extend maybe a millimeter or 2 past the width of my case, but the cover still fits. Just concerned about the copper pipes contacting with the sound dampening foam. This a fire hazard?

I ran my i7-4790K@4.5GHz (i.e. CPU core at 90C) at full load for a while and i still can touch the aluminium and copper tip of the 212 EVO without getting burn. So foam should be ok.
I am sure the foam can withstand heat better than my finger.
You can probably try it with your overclock settings and see
