How big of a improvement will i see if i upgraded to a AMD FX 6300?

I have AMD FX 4130.

Will there be a improvement?, Im trying to play SWTOR but it just fps drops like crazy and what about other games?

If you are getting GPU bottleneck due to the CPU then you will see a big difference in games.

You won't see a performance difference in games that don't use more than 4 cores.
You are probably better off by overclocking your current FX-4130.
