Okay, so I've had my computer for 2 years (coming up this Christmas) and haven't had many issues with it. However, recently every now and then my computer would overheat and turn off, then on again. So I cleaned out all the dust from the computer (mostly the CPU). The overheating stopped but still happened, less frequent though and my FPS was great again. However, the problem started happening again and a lot more frequently, so I cleaned and added more thermal paste to the CPU and the heat sink. This helped and the temperature are around 30 - 40 and when gaming 40 - 60. Now when I start up a game my computer just shuts down and turns back on this happens as soon as I load up a game of League of Legends or something like that.

I have no idea why this is happening, could it be my graphics card? It feels really, really hot but the temperatures say it's at 30 - 40. I don't get to the see the temperature when gaming because it just shuts off. Might there be dust in the graphics card? I haven't checked in 2 years. Or is it just broken and need replacing?

I would say that the thermal paste on your graphics card is actually old and you should try replace that as well. Its exactly the same as doing it to your cpu expect there is a bigger heat sink to take off :)
