graphics card touching express chipset

Im taking the ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX 750Ti OC 2 GB graphics card,I found that the bottom part of the card will touch the Intel h67 chipset of my motherboard ,is it harmful or is it OK
please help

i have the intel dh67vr motherboard

Haha, don't know about the marshmallow though, but it's moat likely nothing just make sure the cuircet part of the card doesn't touch any conductive part of the chip, otherwise a piece of rubber might also do the trick :)
