Need Suggestions on Gaming Rig/Video editing

Solution
The gaming 7 (Both the MSI AND Gigabyte versions) are about the same quality level as the gaming 5 so it should be fine. Yes, I'd call that a high end gaming rig. Anytime you pair an i7 and a GTX 970 you're talking full Ultra capabilities depending on how many monitors and what resolutions you're working with. For a single monitor at 1080, you should be able to run just about anything at Ultra settings.
Nothing wrong with that build at all. And if you want to run the 2133mhz modules you can. It's only unstable on unstable platforms with unstable hardware. But the 1866mhz is fine. It's cheaper and you probably won't notice much performance difference if any.

Will the cooling work? How will I know how to set-up the air flow? Will Arma 3 run with high fps on ultra? Also is the case good?

You probably want to add a couple of case fans. It only comes with a single rear exhaust and two 140mm front intakes. You want to add two top exhaust fans. The case is fine. Very decent mid-tower case. You can get a better full tower case with a few more features for about ten or fifteen pounds more, if a full size tower will work for you. It's not necessary though. I'd say these fans would be fine:

Okay thanks. Would you say this would be a high end gaming pc? Will it run most games (battlefield/arma/dayz) to ultra?

Also there is an intel cash back deal, if I buy the gaming 7 motherboard instead of gaming 5 I get £30 cash back. I am going to go with gaming 7 , because it will turn out cheaper anyway..Will this affect my build?
