Will cpu cooler fit in the case

The cpu cooler i'm using is a hyper 212 evo and the case is a antec gx500-w dominator will they FIT. what is the difference of the gx500 and the gx500-w dominator i can't seem to find any sources of what is the difference. http://www.mwave.com.au/product/antec-gx500bw-dominator-window-mid-tower-case-ab54694#detailTabs=tabSpecifications

The only difference seems to be the side panel with window.
Other than that, looks to be the same case. I'm almost sure about it.
And that will support the Hyper212 Evo.

The physical spec of both cases are the same, I think you'll be ok.
But if you want to be sure, wait for someone to confirm this.
