Hi my game the masterplan wont start, i tried everything, reading all solutions but no one has the same problem as mine, the developers don't see my problems too. when i start to launch the game there are 4 cmd open just blank then quickly closes then after that it open a square white screen which i thought the game will play but it just said the game has stop responding. I've tried all solution verifying cache, running on compatibility mode or safe boot, updating drivers, running as admin, uninstall and reinstall, chkdsk it still didn't work, i cant open it... it just crash after that white screen, the minimum requirements is met by my laptop, and i can play other games by steam... so pls someone help me, i want to know what is the problem if its my laptop or the game... i really love the game pls...

Hmm you seem to have about the minimum requirements, the requirements for the game are:
OS: Windows Vista or later
Processor: Intel Core™ 2 Duo or faster
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: 256 MB OpenGL 2.0 compatible video card
Hard Drive: 250 MB available space
Sound Card: Yes
It could be your graphics as the intel integrated graphics arn't that great, at the same time it could be the ram not being 4gb.

It's most likely the graphics on your system is not allowing you to play the game due to it not meeting the minimum requirements. since you system is a laptop you wont be able to upgrade the graphics meaning you wont be able to play the game, if by chance you do manage to get the game working your fps would be quite low.
I'd recommend purchasing a newer laptop to more up to date specs or go about getting a decent desktop
i would know if its not going to work on my laptop, like sims 4, clockwork empires or spacebase it starts but slow, then i know it wont fit at all, but this one its just white screen then crash, prison architect has almost the same requirements as this one but i can play PA so fine,not even slow,.
