So, I'm trying to build a Gaming PC but I have issues with the SHIPPING.
I live in Norway, and anything I buy from outside Norway has like a toll booth thing a ma jig.
So, if I buy a graphics driver for 400 dollars, and the shipping would SOMEHOW cost 1 dollar, I't would be 100 dollars more expensive. But then there is the FREE Shipping.
The communities like Amazon and Newegg, etc have like a free shipping, although they don't ship to Norway which is sad. I don't want to buy the components in Norway since it's so EXPENSIVE.
I don't know what to do! Please help me!
