I have the sapphire dual-x oc 270x right now,i know it needs to be the same model,but do i need to buy the same brand or the exact same card(there more sapphire 270x than mine) thanks for any replies in advance
The exact same model is generally good to do Crossfire, but it's not a compulsion, any 270X will do the job. But it should be noted that the Core clock will be matching, meaning the one with lower core clock will be taken as reference.

yes you can.. but only the 2gb out of 4gb will be used
crossfire doesnt add the memory.. it superimposes each other sharing frames .. buying a same 2gb model is wise and will save you money
