i recently reseated my cpu and ram couple hours later i just bsod could this be connected?

It may not be a hardware error as stated by the Crash Dump Analysis, but can I just ask how did you reseat your memory (RAM)? did you just plug it out and replaced it in the same slot you removed it from or did you move it, if you did make sure it is running on dual memory, in other words make sure the identical RAM chips, if you have two or more, is inserted in a same color slots as the other one. Like this:

Otherwise try clearing the CMOS, this can be done by locating the battery on the motherboard, removing it while the power cable is plugged out and then holding in the power button for 20 seconds to drain all remaining power, after that reinsert the battery and...
