So I'm going to go and build a PC for the very first time. I'm a complete newbie to this. I've been watching some videos, doing some reading and the likes and came up with a build which I think should be relatively good for the time being ( Like 3-5 years ) but I need some input from people with actual experience on the topic here. So if you've got any recommendations go ahead and send them out.

I set my budget for $800 ( For parts only ).

$70
Chassis: NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case, Black 921RB-001-BL

$70
Mother Board: ASUS P8B75-M/CSM LGA 1155 Intel B75 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard

$140
Graphics Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 750Ti Superclock w/G-SYNC Support 2GB GDDR5 128bit, Dual-Link DVI-I, HDMI, DP 1.2 Graphics Card (02G-P4-3753-KR)

$175
Processor: Intel I5-4440 Processor BX80646I54440

$147
Ram: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 1600 MHz (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory (CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10)

$87
Power Supply: Fractal Design Integra R2 750-Watt 80 PLUS Bronze Certified ATX12V/EPS12V 750 Power Supply FD-PSU-IN2B-750W

$53
Hard Drive: WD Blue 1 TB Desktop Hard Drive: 3.5 Inch, 7200 RPM, SATA 6 Gb/s, 64 MB Cache - WD10EZEX

$44
Optical Drive: LG Internal UH12NS30 BD-ROM Blu-ray Optical Drive

Total: $786

So yup! Thoughts? Any help would be appreciated to steer this noob in the right direction.

Gotcha. Dunno how I missed that but I'll change it, I'm guessing it's vice versa and I can change the processor to accommodate the motherboard in this case as well correct?

Playing games on mid-high settings ( No matter the resolution as long as the experience looks nice and is smooth ), playing 1080p video and since I'm in art students I'll be using it in conjunction with 3D modeling software and the likes.
