I'm really confused with all of this , there are like 20 models of ram packages to choose from and i can pick only one.
So , there are 2 main models in my price range , the Kingston HyperX Fury 1866mhz (2x 4gb , CAS Latency 10, priced at around 454BRL) and the Patriot Viper3 1866mhz (2x 4gb , CAS Latency 9, priced at around 405BRL).
BTW , the price is not a real issue , i have about 500BRL to spend and both models have lower prices than this.

First you should see if 1866 is supported by your cpu... fFirst you should see if 1866 is supported by your cpu... for example i d like to buy 2x4 gb 2133 mhz g.skill slots but i can t because i d like to buy i7 4790k that support only 1333 and 1600 mhz speed...or example i d like to buy 2x4 gb 2133 mhz g.skill slots but i can t because i d like to buy i7 4790k that support only 1333 and 1600 mhz speed...

All DDR3 ram will have a default 1333 speed that allows you to get into the bios and select a higher performing profile.
DDR3 1866 speed is the fastest that will run at 1.5v. Faster than that, you are overclocking ram and needing up to 1.65v. Nothing much wrong with that if your motherboard supports that.
I do find, however, that higher ram voltages take away a bit from haswell overclocking capabilities.
4 sticks vs. 2 sticks has an impact too.

I have used Patriot and found it good.
All other major brands seem to be equally good.
The big differentiator seems to be fancy heat spreaders which are mostly marketing.
Heat spreaders are only of use when overclocking ram and seeking records.
Such heat spreaders will impact many air coolers. I would look for low profile ram.

At this point , the Patriot Viper 3 is already installed and running good, the performance is really great and both of the sticks are running cool , thanks for everything friend!
