i live in india and here temperature ranges around 35'C on average.
i want to overclock it from 2.6ghz to a suitable frequency suiting my warm climate here
moreover i don't have any extra fans in my cpu cabinet(except the processor fan)
I don't want my cpu to burn what frequency should i overclock it.

motherboard : biostar G31D-M7
ram : 2gb PC2-6400 400mhz.
