So basically guys, ive been planning an upgrade for my PC which is a Dell XPS 8300, i5 4430, 8gb 1600 ram and 1TB storage drive and i added a 660 to it about a year ago, it currently has a 460w dell PSU,

I wanted to upgrade to a 970 but I wanted to spend like £380 max!,
I was thinking I could get a new case £50
A decent PSU £60
I think i can find a 970 for around £230

Would i be able to move everything from this dells case to my new and have like a pretty high end PC (my opinion of a high end pc XD),
and what it be worth it ??

Thanks you guys :D

Well my friend, God bless you if you can find a 970 at that price. The cheapest 970 I could find was about 255 at Aria PC. The cheapest that's of a brand I would actually buy (EVGA) was about 270 from Amazon UK. Cases aren't a big deal, you can get an NZXT Source 210 for 30 at scan.co.uk. By a 'decent' psu it depends on what you mean. A psu that includes OC'ing is different than one that doesn't. A good psu for your needs would be an Antec TruePower Classic 550W for about 56 at More Computers. Here is the build:

As you can see you get good quality parts under your budget. I'd encourage you to look at the Antec GX500 or the Corsair 200R--both good cases that are a step up quality-wise from the NZXT (I particularly like the Antec build quality). All three of them will work great for you, however.
