I am using this motherboard P8H61-M PLUS V3 (support 3rd and 2nd gen 1155 processor) and using Intel i3 3210 CPU.
i want to upgade to Maximus IV GENE-Z s1155 is it fit for my CPU because this motherboard only support 2nd Gen 1155 processor

Solution
Right. Ok to play those games on higher settings and higher resolutions, you'll need to upgrade the CPU and GPU. Each of those games like cores (Intel quad or AMD octo) and the 7700 series (either the 7770 or 7750) will keep the graphics on the medium/low side. Upgrading to an i5 and a more powerful GPU will help game performance.

You're looking for a i5-3330 and say a r9 270 greater depending on budget.

Well unless you're going to buy a new CPU (and overclock) or want to run two graphics cards, there's no need to upgrade. Your choice of motherboard is great but unnecessary as there will be zero performance change when upgrading the motherboard. If you don't change the CPU, you'll simply be wasting money on a new motherboard.

No. It comes down to purpose. If you want to overclock or run multiple graphics cards a new motherboard (and CPU for overclocking) will be needed. If you don't desire to either of those, then the advance features of a more expensive board aren't necessary. If you want better performance, simply upgrading to an i5 would do that.

Let's start over. List your entire build and your reason for wanting to change components.

I also use AMD Radeon HD 7700 Series 1GB GDDR5 128bit Graphic Card.
I use this PC for Gaming and Media work.
I found that certain game got lag, I taught the motherboard is not so powerful to support it....
