good headphones on ASUS P8B75-M LX PLUS.

I was wondering if my ASUS P8B75-M LX PLUS motherboard can fully handle 150ohm headphones or headsets.

OR! do i have to purchase sound card for the headphones or headsets.

if so, what and how much should a sound card be?

That motherboard comes with the Realtek ALC887 sound controller which is decent but it doesn't come with a high headphone amp.
You can get an external AMP or a cheap sound card like this one. The ASUS Xonar-DGX comes with a decent amp and should drive your headphones better than the onboard Amp.
