I have the Motherboard and Processor coming in the mail as we speak.

I have the GPU already. I am using it with the ASRock 870 Extreme 3 + Phenom ii x6 1055t.

I have had the Phenom @ 3.5 Ghz and could not get it stable any higher using the H100i cooler.

My question is, will I see less of a bottleneck on the GTX 970 with the new motherboard and the 8350? Or will I still be bottlenecking the hell out of this GPU?

I am getting very bad performance with this set up as well. Random freezes when plugging in USB devices that I have to push the reset button to get out of. Also very low GPU utilization in all games with v sync enabled. Unigine heaven benchmark had 98% usage on extreme preset pretty much all the way through. Also in game with v sync (disabled) my usage is all over the place!!! from 98% down to 30% sometimes even lower and the graph looks like an earthquake hit or something LOL. someone have an idea whats going on here?
