I have an asus transformer book t100. As I was playing Asphalt 8 Airborne The screen went black and the tablet appeared to turn off. When I clicked the home button it made the home sound but did nothing else. I held the power, but nothing happened. After a while, the tablet turned on again. I stupidly tried to play the game again, and the same thing happened. This time it took longer. Now the same thing is happening just by using it for nothing intensive (to play 2048). I have never dropped the tablet. Can anyone help? Please and thank you.

Nothing you can do here, it's likely a hardware issue. If you are OK with having the thing wiped you can try to restore it to factory defaults, maybe it's a software issue, and a restore may clear it up. Just make sure you backup your data and remove any cards in the thing. http://www.transformerforums.com/forum/guides-tips-tricks/18213-how-perform-factory-reset.html

If the factory reset did not help, it's a hardware issue. If it's in warranty get it fixed, if not, it's likely to be cheaper to replace it than repair it.

Thanks for the comment. I think it was just the game. It stopped. Also, I wasn't there the third time it happened the next day, so I'm not sure it was the same thing.
