Let's establish the facts first : I know nothing, nothing about video cards.
I have a 4 year old PC (Mobo Asus P5P43TD/USB--LGA775) and the video card in it is ATI Radeon 5400 series.
The cheapest video card I could find on Newegg.ca was priced at $39.99 CDN before shipping. It is:
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 6450 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready Video Card ( 100322L)
Just out of curiosity:
Would this card be comparable or better than the card I have now in my PC ?
Could it be used as a decent replacement if my actual card was to give up on me ?
