My hard drive recently crashed and has now been replaced. However, my computer no longer recognizes the graphics card. I believe my card is a GT 650 Ti, but I could be mistaken. When I right click on desktop to open Nvidia control panel, it doesn't exist anymore. If anyone here has a solution, I'm all ears. Thank you.

If you replaced you HDD, you must have re-installed Windows, right? You need to re-install the driver for the card. The Nvidia driver from the link below contains the NCP.
