Go with the A78 chipset(comes with USB 3.0 support, which is nice) instead of the A58(use for very tight budget).

The AsRock boards uses SATA3(6Gb/s) ports where's the MSI one uses SATA2(3Gb/s) ports.
Other than not much difference. I pick AsRock over MSI in FM2 boards though. AsRock is good.
