Hello everyone,
I used to have XFX R7 250 GPU and recently purchased Powercolor R9 280x.
I used to own Corsair CX500W and people recommended that I need better PSU with more wattage.
So I went out and bought Thermaltake Toughpower TPD-0750M 80 Plus Gold. It is on its way and I think it will arrive in 5 days or so.
I was wondering, while I wait for the new PSU to arrive, is it okay for me to play BF4 with my R9 280x with Corsair CX500W? I am afraid if it will burn or damage my PSU. If it is absolutely unsafe for me run BF 4 for 5 days, I will just unplug the GPU and do other stuff with my old GPU or intel GPU.
I would generally play about 2 hours a day on high setting (I can tune it down to low if that helps).
Here are my other specs, thanks everyone!
