I recently changed my default cpu cooler to a cooler master evo hyper 212 but unlike my stock fan this one seems to spin at the same lowest speed ALL the time my old one used to get louder and faster with the more intensive games i played but this one would still be spinning at the lowest speed whilst my cpu melts.

Please how can i make it spin faster before I melt my pc :p

Using Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Fan Cooler

There's no way of telling without some temperature readings. It could be that the cooler is working so well it doesn't need to spin up to full speed. It also likely uses a larger fan than your stock cooler - and with the use of heatpipes and larger fins for heat dissipation combined with a larger fan it doesn't have to spin as fast to cool just as well (if not better). That's why an aftermarket cooler like the 212 evo is quieter than stock heatsink/fans. It should be regulated by the motherboard, same as your old fan so long as it's plugged into the fan header that says "cpu fan" on the motherboard.
