Anyone Else Having Troubles with Far Cry 4?

I was unsure where to put this thread so I put it here. I have a new PC with

Maximus Hero VII
Core I7 4790
16 gigs of RAM
GTX 970 Gigabyte Card

Why in the world will this game struggle to load???

When I open it up the beginning trailer loads fine. Then right when I get to the part that says "This game saves automatically" it starts to lag. Then on the log in screen moving my mouse is not an option due to the horrible lag.
