so i have an AMD motherboard, and its a little weird.my cpu fan faces top instead of the exhaust fan. ill show u a picture, and please let me know if its okay or not.

Solution
if there's top vents: the best solution is 1 fan blowing from the bottom of the cooler towards the top of the case and another on top of the cooler blowing towards the top of the case.
if no top vents: best solution is both fans blowing toward the back of the case.
which means you should add another 120mm fan and move the existing one.

That's blowing hot air into the graphics card's PCB. The fan has to be facing towards the Hard Drive bays, so it will be on the right side of the heatsink after you turn it 90 degrees clockwise. Unless your fan is sucking air from the heatsink then it will be the other way around.

What? I don't understand. You want me to put the fan on the opposite side? right above the graphics card? Because there is no way I can put the fan on the left or right because the way my frame is placed.

I can't turn it 90 degrees because the way my frame is placed. I have already tried it just doesn't work. This is the only option. I can either have my fan the way you see in the picture, or the opposite side. Which would be better?

Push pull he means that the evo came with extra brackets. Grab another 120mm fan and use the brackets to attach the new fan to the other side of your cooler to pull the air from your front fan toward your exhaust fan at the back of your case which should cool the cpu down done more.

But from what i see you need to take the cooler off and make it so the cooler is mounted so the fans are sideways not pointing up or down. That would be more efficient especially with the push pull configuration.

Read more, if it has to be mounted like that, have the fan pull air from the graphics card and up. Mount the second fan as discussed on the top, and have it pull air towards the top of your case. Do you have any exhaust fans at the top of your case? If so, also make them pull air out the top so you can use it like a blow hole.

Maybe mount a pci slot cooling fan under the graphics card to pull hot air from under it and out the back.

Okay that is confusing. How can you have a fan on the bottom, and blowing upwards? if you have the fan on the bottom of the heatsink, wouldn't it be blowing downwards?

On your cooler. The fan that you have on top of your cooler, move it to the bottom instead, and have it push air toward the top of your case. Also, if you get a second fan 120mm I think is what the evo takes, you should have brackets for another fan, which you can place on top of the cooler where your current one is, and face it upward also.

You don't have a fan in the top of the case? Do you have holes for one perhaps? If not, then I'd say the fan that is currently on the top of your cooler, move it to the bottom, and have it push air upward to the top of the case and leave it that way, at least that way it would pull air off the graphics card too.

I totally understand what you guys mean now because I just moved the top fan to the bottom and saw the arrows. The arrows indicates where the fan is blowing. The top of the case have holes but have no fans. What fans do I need to install to put on top of the case? And do you have a link to that 120mm fan, don't want to get the wrong one.

I think I need a fan on top of the case because there is no exhaust fan on top of the case, i mean where would the air be blowing out to right?

Also if you guys mind answering these 2 questions. My case didn't come with front panel audio, and 2.0 USB. Is it okay not to have them? What does that mean and what do they do? It did come with the 3.0 USB which I have hooked up

Nah I don't need that audio stuff, ill use speakers. I was thinking of getting a wifi card, where would that go into? I was also thinking of buying a 3 antenna one from China since it is cheaper but idk.

To install drivers you should have a cd that came with your parts, put those in your cd drive and run them and install what they tell you.

Before you can do that you'll have to install windows and make sure it's activated. Also go into your windows updates, and check for updates and have it keep checking for new updates and install all the updates it finds until there are no more updates that it can find. You will also need to install your Antivirus program.

I dont have a cd drive, is there another way i can download those drivers?

Also i don't use anti viruses and never had a problem, should i still get one anytime. To my knowledge the free ones are not real time and they just scan your computer for.virus when u tell it to.

A DVD drive should only run 15 or 20 bucks so they are cheap enough to pick up.

You want to run without Antivirus that's up to you. I wouldn't. I remember once helping someone who hadn't installed Antivirus on their computer, i want to say they had over 2000 things that had to be removed from their computer. So you want to take that chance that's your problem. Dont say nobody warned you.

Many free ones do have real time scanning. I run avast on my computer. You can download it on download.com. You register it and it's free for a year. At the end you register again and pick if you want their free one or paid. It has real time scanning, and even a silent/gaming mode in case you don't want to hear it talk to you. But the thing i like about it is it's light on my system and sends like it does good. Will you stop everything? No but it helps. Better to have some protection than none. Also set up Firefox as your browser and use an add on called adblock Plus. It really cuts down on the amount of advertising you see plus it helps to where you're not as likely to get your computer infected. I'm careful and run adblockers and I've gotten my computer infected. But it was easy enough to remove, so i can only imagine had i not been running Antivirus.

Okay i am convinced, i will go back to using an anti virus.

I am on a budget and dead broke. I don't want to spend anymore on a dvd drive. Can i go on their website and download drivers from the manufacture website?
