So im finalizing a build, theres only a few parts i need. Last major one is the PSU. I really need some help picking one out

heres a list of what i have so far:
http://pcpartpicker.com/p/T4xJRB

Case: Thermaltake Overseer RX-I Snow Edition ATX Full Tower Case
Processor: Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor
Cooler: Enermax ETS-T40-W
Motherboard: ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (was hard finding a decent blue MB!)
RAM: ASRock Z97 EXTREME6 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
HDDs: Intel 730 Series 480GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
WD BLACK SERIES WD2003FZEX 2TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive
TOSHIBA PH3300U-1I72 3TB 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive Retail Kit (have 2 or 3 extras probably gonna throw 2 in there i think)
Video card: GIGABYTE 980GTX GV-N980G1 GAMING windforce
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit

The thing is im going for a particular theme here. White/blue. Because of this i need a white powersupply, or at the very least one with blue LED's or something. I cant seem to find one that fits the build. Im not even sure exactly how much wattage i need. Im thinking 800+ should be good. So figure maybe a 1000 just to be safe? The only white ones i could find are NZXT, and they are rated crap. I did some searching and it seems theyre not very good quality. Are they ok or should i avoid them? I've had good luck with Corsair and EVGA in the past but cant find any in white. Are they good brands? Basically i need to know what brands to avoid and which tend to be good

I hear that Seasonic is good. I saw this on their site

it looks like it would be perfect, but i cant find it anywhere. Does anyone know when it will come out? If not i need some suggestions i need to get going on this build really soon

The MkIII is made by Super Flower not Seasonic, but super Flower is just as good. I have never used a 3rd party seller on Newegg, but have a few times on Amazon. The 850w MKIII on amazon has 2 sellers(both the same price) 1 is Amazon themselves and the other is Firepower. However for $30 more you might aswell get the Seasonic and you will have ample headroom for future upgrades and its fully modular, where the MKIII is only semi modular..

FirePower? Never heard of them.. are they rated well? I really want to make sure i get a top notch PSU. Dont want to get a piece of junk that will screw my system up. I would have got NZXT but i hear bad things about their new models

Also still wondering on that seasonic

hmm never heard of them. Anyone else that can vouch for them? Why are the NZXT's rated so low on newegg? Their older stuff seemed to be rated well, did they take a huge dive lately in quality? Theyre the only other white ones i could find

Here is some reviews on the pc power and cooling units

The problem with the newer nzxts is they switched manufactures. The original Hale82 and Hale90 models where made by Seasonic and Super Flower. The V2 models are made by Sirtec and FSP. Sirtec and FSP are a mixed bag they have good units and they have not so good units and just aren't as good as Seasonic and Super Flower.

sorry for the late follow up, had some guests around the holidays and the research on this stalled.
The FirePower Silencer MK III 850W actually looks pretty good. The only thing that concerns me is that i cant seem to get it direct through amazon or newegg. I have to get it through a 3rd party seller. Though i think the 3rd party seller might be the manufacturer judging by the name. Its also a bit pricy though thats not so much a concern as long as the quality is good @ $192 Its also a bit of a concern that i dont see too many reviews for it though the ones i do see are positive.

So these are well regarded powersupplies? I definitely want top of the line, which is why im staying away from the NZXT. As you mention the older models seemed good but i see very bad reviews on the V2's. I do notice the super flower company that you say makes these DOES have a white power supply, the leadex platinum
http://www.super-flower.com.tw/products_detail.php?class=2&sn=16&ID=95&lang=

is this available anywhere? It seems different than the firepower you are recommending as it is 80+ Platinum while MKIII seems to be 80+ gold

Is it made by seasonic? yea id like to know if you can check. I think it may be a bit overkill too, but, like SR-71 said, that 1050 is beautiful =D And the fact that the MKIII is almost $200 anyway has me leaning to the seasonic a bit. Which would you recommend bignastyid?

Im also still a bit leery that the MKIII is only available through 3rd party sellers on both newegg and amazon. Looking at the name, im assuming its the manufacturer selling them though, right? Even if thats the case dont 3rd party sellers cause a problem if theres a problem and i need to return it?

*edit* Is that super flower leadex platinum i mentioned avalible in the US anywhere, or not? Actually, is the seasonic based on it? They look kind of similar.
