Problem with Mumble VOIP

I have Mumble client version 1.2.8. I can log onto Mumble servers running version 1.2.7, but not version 1.2.8. When I try to connect to 1.2.8 servers, I get a "Server Connection Failed:Connection timed out" error message.
The Mumble particular server I can not connect to: 216.127.64.203 port 60346
I connect to the Internet via: Comcast SMCD3GNV Firewall security setting-medium
Antivirus: Norton Internet Security v 21.6.0.32 ; Intrusion AutoBlock-on ; Smart Firewall-on

I enabled port-forwarding within the SMC and tried to open port 60346

no dice :-(

Help please!?!
