What else is in the case? A basic system of CPU, and RAM will use less than 100W in most situations, it's the GPU and overclocking and other stuff that uses all the power.

It is more than enough for your needs, it can even drive GTX 980 no problem. As long as you stay on a single graphics card, you'll be fine.

That CPU does not have an unlocked multiplier. You will not be able to overclock it an d as far as I know, that motherboard will not overclock either. Can you confirm those parts? Assuming that you use an overclockable CPU and a Z87 or 97 board, 500+ Watts will be plenty.

The XFX is a good PSU. This http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-bp550plus, and this http://pcpartpicker.com/part/seasonic-power-supply-m12ii620bronze are as good and modular or semi-modular, and cheaper.
