How do i dismiss Network 2 Internet Access and why do i need it?

Solution
If I understand you correctly, Windows maintains a list of previous wireless network connections that you've set up, and gives them a default name of Network <number>.

If your existing wireless network connection is '2' , that means a previous one has been saved, but you can delete it if you so wish:

Control Panel > Network & Sharing Centre

In the left pane. click "Manage wireless networks.

Delete any which are obsolete.
