No video output after installing new r7 260x video card

Hi guys, I've gone through a bunch of posts trying to figure out this problem. And so far nothing has worked for me. The computer starts up fine without the card, and im getting output. But when I plug in the card, the computer doesnt even make it to the boot screen.

I've checked all the connectors, the PCI-E 6 pin is plugged in correctly. The card works in my other computer, so I don't think it has any issues. Also, I tried an older card I have (evga geforce gt240) and the computer boots up fine, although this geforce card does not require pci-e power. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

That would be in PCI subsystem Setting?
Theres nothing about multi monitor in my bios, and the default source is PEG already
