Upgrade to 760k worth it?

I currently have an A8-3850 in my system, and I was wondering if upgrading to an Athlon x4 760k would be worth it (I have a spare FM2 motherboard that I can use).

A8-3850 is Llano and the 760K is Richland. There will be a boost and the 760K will be easy to OC to 4.8-5GHz but I'm not sure how much of a boost it will get. You have a discrete video card correct as the 760K has no IGP.
