Is My GPU Too Hot?

A few weeks ago I opened up my computer and cleaned out the dust ever since then my computer randomly looses power without warning. The only thing I did was take out my graphics card and put it back in. Right now I have an amd radeon hd 7570 and it's running at 90 C. After my computer shuts off once and I turn it back on it shuts off more frequently.

Nevermind I fixed it my cpu when it shut off was around like 110 but I opened up my pc and found a wire stuck in the fan and now its running at 55 - 60 so it's all good.
