Which SSD would be best for me?

First of all my rig specs are:-

Intel i5-3570k ivy CPU
Asus P8Z77-V Pro MoBo
16 GB DDR3 G.Skill RipJaws Memory
Asus ATI/AMD 7970 HD DCII GPU
2 TB Seagate 5900 RPM HDD X 2

So I mostly play Skyrim with mods and Battlefield 4 MP. Now the problem is that recently I am facing huge loading time issues like Battlefield would take 3-4 minutes to load and in skyrim loading times are 40-50 seconds when entering or exiting places.
Now I thing my HDD is aged and that is bottlenecking the system. At many websites I read SSD would a best way to boost loading times. But being a newbie in SSD area I am here to ask for some help.
First of all I am on very tight budget ($100) as I have recently upgraded to a 600$ monitor.
Is SSD going to boost the loading times at beginning and in between?
And what capacity SSD should I consider buying. I am thinking of 120GB.

After reading quite a few articles on anandtech I have figured out that Samsung 840 120 gb evo is best for price.
But being TLC based it could wear out quickly.
So please help me deciding which capacity of which brand I should buy and how I should use it?

Thanks in advance!

right now 840 evo 120gb size is ever so slightly faster than the mx100, but only if you can get it cheaper. the mx100 is a little faster overall than the 840 evo in the 240/256gb size.

those two are the go to drives, reliable, great warranty, kiss kiss.

there are a long list of reasons why you should have your os(win7/8) installed on an ssd. very simply it is a much better experience over a traditional mechanical.

otherwise what you or an average user will notice is reduced boot times, game loading screens, zip file extraction, and low level instant loading times.

otherwise most ssds from 2012 and later are still very good in their own right, pny, adata, sandisk, kingston... they are all fine and although not as high quality as...

My windows 8.1 boots in around 10-12 seconds on my HDD so I would not install OS on ssd. I want to use ssd for two or three games only and as I said in first post I am on a tight budget of $100-120 so please suggest in that budget only.
Preferred stores
Newegg or flipkart.com

no you will be fine for gaming , i have two of these with skyrim and bf4 installed on them and have had for over a year without a drama , load times are dramatically better on ssd , they are very fast and will save you some money i would recommend them
