My computer keeps restarting without booting, help please

My computer was working fine last night until I downloaded COD AW from steam last night. And today when I woke up, it doesn't turn on. Here is what I get:

I press the power button and it stays on for a second or two then turns off, then automatically turns of for a few seconds then the process goes on like that until I plug the PC off.

Any ideas of what might have happened?

Well, try clearing the CMOS, this basicly resets everything in the BIOS back to factory settings, to do this unplug power cable, and locate the battery on the motherboard, remove it and then hold down the power button for 15 seconds to drain all remaining power, then reinsert the battery and power the PC on. Also check if its not a overheating problem, check if all the fans are spinning during boot and that the CPU fan is tightly fitted to the board, Good luck :)
