Hello guys. I'm here to ask something again because my Hard Drive cannot be seen in disk management and My computer but it is on the list when i look at the BIOS.what could be the possible solution so i can see it in my computer? thanks

in this image you can see the 3rd harddrive(Hitachi HD etcetc ATA Device) at HWMonitor and when i click properties on disk management.but i dont know why i cant see it in disk management itself or at my computer
