Error loading operating system

I used to turn on my computer with few problem earlier(system restore automatically starts sometimes) .I think the problem is HDD but now i can't even load operating system(windows 7).
My specs:
Mobo: M2N68-AM SE2
CPU: Athlon 2 X2 240 - 2.8 GHz dual core.
GPU: 8400 GS 512 MB
RAM: 3 GB DDR2
HDD: 160 GB SATA I (I can't remember full name)

I can see start screen(brand name and setup guide) and then it says Error loading operating system. And after that I can't do anything.

I was going to and will try Easy Recover Essentials but I need something else in case it doesn't work(I think it won't because its HDD problem and not software).

I know its about HDD, I had problems with it earlier: random system restore and BSOD(BSOD doesn't happen anymore) but I don't know why this error happened now. I used computer yesterday and today I can't even turn it on.
