Computer restarts randomly when playing games! HELP!

Hi, i just upgraded my graphic gard from Sparkle GTX 550Ti to Palit GTX 970 Jetstream
and then when i start playing game, the computer restart randomly
its never happened when im still using the GTX 550Ti

My PC specs:
ASRock B75M (BIOS up to date)
Intel i5 2320
Palit GTX 970 Jetstream (Driver up to date)
Corsair DDR3 Vengeance Black PC12800 2X4GB
FSP Supersonic 550w (+12V1=18A , +12V2=18A)
Windows 7 (64bit)

im not having issue with overheat and not overclocking guy
So anybody please help me if u know the answer

I couldn't find any usable info about that PSU, but not saying its certainly it. 550Ti has a bit less power demands so it might be it but to be sure i would try to test this build on another PSU, not sure is it enough reason to buy a new one tho. If its GPU this would be a bad step.

Yeah this PSU have PCIX connectors..
the PSU is fine (not restarting) when i'm gaming with GTX 550Ti
the PSU is fine when i'm not gaming (browsing,multimedia,rendering, etc) with GTX 970
should i replace the PSU with the good one?
